Refund & Return Policy

Return Period: 30 days

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

• The product must be returned in resellable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, opened oral hygiene products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the product.

We will offer a replacement or refund.
